Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If a prescription is declined, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or public holidays. We use tracked delivery services to ensure safe receipt of your medication.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided with your order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your prescription is declined, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. For non-prescription items, you may return unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
